To setup order tasks:

I- Navigate to “Tools->Order Details

To add a new task:

  1. Select the clothing type you would like to add new tasks to.
  2. Click on the “+” button
  3. Set task name (like: Shorten, Dry Clean, Laundry, Ironing, Take up…)
  4. Set service type (Alterations, Dry Cleaning, Tailoring, Embroidery, Printing)
  5. Set the display order (task with smaller display order appears first when selecting the task in insert a new order window)
  6. Click “Select New Image” to select an image for the item. (optional)
  7. Click “OK”
  8. Repeat steps 1-7 to add more tasks.
  9. Click “Save Changes”.

To update/change a task:

  1. Select the task to be changed.
  2. Set task name (like: Shorten, Dry Clean, Laundry, Ironing, Take up…)
  3. Set service type (Alterations, Dry Cleaning, Tailoring, Embroidery, Printing)
  4. Set the display order (task with smaller display order appears first when selecting the task in insert a new order window)
  5. Click “Remove Image” to remove the current image or “Select New Image” to select an image for the item.(optional)
  6. Click “OK”
  7. Repeat steps 1-7 to edit more tasks.
  8. Click “Save Changes”.

To remove a task:

Removing the tasks is done by merging them together. Using merge process you can merge the tasks you want to remove to the ones you intent to keep.

Note: All the orders using the merged task, will be changed to use the replaced one.

  1. Select the primary task (the task you want to keep)
  2. Click on “Select Primary Task”
  3. Select the secondary task (the task you would like to remove)
  4. Click on “Select Secondary Task”
  5. Click “OK” to confirm the merge.

Important: When you merge the tasks together, their sub-items (task details) will be placed under the new task.
