View order details window with hotspots

To setup order tasks:
I- Navigate to “Tools->Order Details”
Second column is to setup tasks: (click on image to zoom)
To add a new task:
- Select the clothing type you would like to add new tasks to.
- Click on the “+” button
- Set task name (like: Shorten, Dry Clean, Laundry, Ironing, Take up…)
- Set service type (Alterations, Dry Cleaning, Tailoring, Embroidery, Printing)
- Set the display order (task with smaller display order appears first when selecting the task in insert a new order window)
- Click “Select New Image” to select an image for the item. (optional)
- Click “OK”
- Repeat steps 1-7 to add more tasks.
- Click “Save Changes”.
To update/change a task:
- Select the task to be changed.
- Set task name (like: Shorten, Dry Clean, Laundry, Ironing, Take up…)
- Set service type (Alterations, Dry Cleaning, Tailoring, Embroidery, Printing)
- Set the display order (task with smaller display order appears first when selecting the task in insert a new order window)
- Click “Remove Image” to remove the current image or “Select New Image” to select an image for the item.(optional)
- Click “OK”
- Repeat steps 1-7 to edit more tasks.
- Click “Save Changes”.
To remove a task:
Removing the tasks is done by merging them together. Using merge process you can merge the tasks you want to remove to the ones you intent to keep.
Note: All the orders using the merged task, will be changed to use the replaced one.
- Select the primary task (the task you want to keep)
- Click on “Select Primary Task”
- Select the secondary task (the task you would like to remove)
- Click on “Select Secondary Task”
- Click “OK” to confirm the merge.
Important: When you merge the tasks together, their sub-items (task details) will be placed under the new task.
