Customer Loyalty Program

Customer loyalty program is one of the most important features of Geelus cloud based system. It’s a great way to increase your sale and reward your customers.

To activate the feature, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to “Setup -> Business Setup”.
  2. Scroll all the way down to the “Loyalty Program” section.
  3. Set the following:
    • Currency to point ration for orders: to set how many loyalty points each unit of currency spent on orders will add to the customer account. Example: if you like to give 1 point for each $100 spent on orders, simply set the value to 0.01
    • Point to currency ratio for orders: to set how many points will be converted to 1 unit of currency on orders. Example: to convert each 100 points to $1.00 set the value to 100.
    • Currency to point ration for sales: to set how many loyalty points each unit of currency spent on sales will add to the customer. Example: if you like to give 1 point for each $100 spent on sales, simply set the value to 0.01
    • Point to currency ratio for orders: to set how many points will be converted to 1 unit of currency on sales. Example: to convert each 100 points to $1.00 set the value to 100.

Now that the feature is activated:

  1. Amounts spent on orders or sales will increase the number of points on the customer account.
  2. To check the total points on each customer, navigate to Client Information Window and on the right side, scroll down to see the Total Points.
  3. On the “Order Submit” or “Sale Submit” windows (for customers with points), you will be able to spend the points on each order or sale.
  4. On the order or sale payment and complete windows for customers with points, you will be able to spend the points.
  5. On the “Order Report” page, you will see the number of points spent on each period at the top of the page.
  6. Total achieved points will be printed on the receipts
  7. You can use the total points to customize the SMS and Emails sent to the customers.
