Adding your company logo to the receipts (Epson printers only)
To add your logo to the invoices, there are 2 main steps:
- Uploading your logo to the printer memory
- Printing the logo using Geelus
Step 1- Uploading your logo to the printer driver
- Go to Devices and Printers on Windows. (by clicking on start button and typing “Devices and Printers” and then clicking on it)
- Right Click “Receipt Printer” or any printer you would like to upload the logo on and click on “Printing Preferences”.
- Click on Printing Preferences
- Click Advanced Settings Tab and then click Advanced Settings Button.
- Click “Specify NV Logo”
- Click “Add” and select your logo.
- Make sure the settings matches the picture below and click OK.
- You should be able to see your logo as above picture. If not, try again using another file. BMP files are usually a better choice.
- Use the “Test Print” button to make sure the print is desirable.
- Click “Store to Printer” to store the logo.
- Click OK on other windows to close them all.
Step 2- Getting Geelus to print the stored logo
Default Templates:
The logo is only printable on “Client Copy”. To have logo on the top of click copy, follow these steps:
- In Geelus, navigate to Setup -> Business Setup
- Add {Logo} to the “Receipt Header”. If you have other text on the Receipt Header, make sure to put the {Logo} first and then hit “Enter” to send the other text to the next line.
Custom Templates:
On a custom template, you can add logo anywhere on the page and any number of times. To add the logo, add {Logo} to any line.
