To set up brands:

I- Navigate to “Tools->Setup->Sales->Brands”

To add a new brand:

  1. Click on the “+” button located on the right side of page.
  2. Set the “Brand Name”.
  3. Click “OK”.
  4. Repeat steps 1 to 3 to add more brands
  5. When all brands are added, click on “Save Brands” button.

To change brands:

  1. Click on the brands you want to modify.
  2. Apply the changes and click “OK”
  3. Repeat step 1 and 2 for all the brands you want to change.
  4. Click on “Save Brands” button once done.

To merge brands(Remove):

Merge process allows you to remove a brand from your system. However because your sales are related to the brands, you have to use merge process to remove the brands. Merge procedure combines two brands into one brand.

  1. Select the primary brand – brand you want to keep.
  2. Click “Merge – Select Primary Brand”.
  3. Select the secondary brand – brand you want to remove.
  4. Click “Merge – Select Secondary Brand”.
  5. Click “OK” to confirm the merge.
