To take advantage of the premium support, please follow these steps:

  1. From the software click “Submit a support ticket” located on the top right corner of the page.supportTicket
  2. In the “Create a support ticket” page, check “Request a callback” check box and submit your ticket.requestacallback
  3. Your account manager will contact you to organise a support phone call.

On the support date, if you need our support member to remotely connect to your computer:

  2. Have the quick support application handy for running when necessary.
