- All employees start the day by clicking on the
(time-sheet) icon on the top of the page and sign-in.
- Any time a customer walks in, use Geelus for one of the following:
- Placing a new order
- Making payments
-> Add Payment
- Collecting the items
-> Complete
- Modifying an order
(full access by owners or access by managers for limited number of days from the order date – no employee access)
- Cancelling an order and refund

->Refund/Complete
- Placing a new order
- Employees interact with the system to:
- Check the orders due to be collected for each day
. If the order is not processed, take action and process the orders before the customer arrives to collect them.
- Notify the system of the orders done and ready to be collected.
This will immediately send an email/SMS to the customers to let them know their order is ready for collection.
- If taking a break, sign out and when come back, sign back in.
(time-sheet) (you can use a default break time applies to everyone if you prefer)
- Check the orders due to be collected for each day
- At the end of the day:
- All employees finish the day by clicking on the
(time-sheet) icon on the top of the page, and sign-out.
