New Features:

Barcode & QR Code Support for Transactions

You can now enhance your invoices, pages, and PDF templates with automatically generated barcodes and QR codes for each transaction. By inserting the new {Barcode} or tags, the system will include scannable codes directly in your documents. This makes scanning, tracking, and referencing transactions faster and more professional.

Want to include a scannable QR code for each transaction on your invoice file? Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to Settings → Page Templates
  2. Open the template titled “Transaction Invoice PDF.”
  3. Switch to the Template tab and scroll down to the Content section.
  4. Place your cursor where you want the QR code to appear in the invoice.
  5. Click the “Add Tag” button and choose the tag from the list.
  6. Click Save to apply your changes.

Once saved, every invoice PDF generated will include a unique QR code linked to the transaction, displayed in the position you selected.

Extra Fields for Outsourced Transactions

A new enhancement allows you to define and apply extra fields specifically for outsourced transactions. This gives you greater flexibility in capturing custom data details tied to transactions handled externally.

Smart Alerts for Bulk Invoice Transaction Edits

When a transaction is part of a bulk invoice, editing it could affect the total. That’s why we’ve added a new warning prompt to help you catch and confirm such changes before they go live.

If your role permissions allow editing bulk invoice transactions, this extra layer of awareness ensures you’re making informed updates without unintended billing discrepancies.

Duplicate Price Books with One Click

Managing price books just got easier. You can now duplicate an existing price book directly from Settings → Items → Pricebooks.

This is ideal when setting up similar pricing structures for different customer groups or locations — saving time and minimizing manual entry.
