Welcome to the August, 2026 release of features. We hope you like the latest updates in this version, the highlights are as follows:

Smarter Discount Rules

Discounts are now much more flexible where you can add discount rules. You can limit how many times each customer is allowed to use a discount — for example, capping it at three uses per customer — or create discounts reserved for new customers only. You can also build offers that unlock a set number of days after a customer’s first visit, counted either from the day they were added or from their first purchase, whichever fits your promotion best.

Import & Export Price Books

Managing price books across your business is now much easier. You can import a price book into any existing price book, or create a brand-new one, using our newly modernized import interface. Exporting price books is now supported as well, giving you a straightforward way to back up, share, or transfer your pricing between stores.

Set Duration on Price Books

You can now set a price-book-specific duration for each item. This makes it easy to create premium pricing for special customers while keeping job duration precise — helping you look after key accounts with the accuracy they need.

Timesheet Totals at a Glance

The timesheet now shows total time worked and total breaks at the bottom of the screen. These totals stay visible as you scroll and update instantly whenever you add or edit an entry, so you always have an accurate picture without needing to scroll back up or recalculate manually.

Faster Store Switching with Search

If you manage more than five stores, the store switcher now includes a search box — just start typing the store name to jump straight to it, instead of scrolling through the full list.

Readable Attribute Names in Item Exports

Item exports now label attribute columns with your actual attribute names — like Task or Colour — instead of generic placeholders like Attr1 and Attr2. This makes exported files much easier to read at a glance. Imports remain fully compatible with both the new and old column naming, so nothing breaks if you’re still using older export files.
